Cancellation Policy

If “the customer” cancels or reschedules the appointment with less than 48 hours of notice from the scheduled date/time, the client would have to pay 100% of the total fee for the job. This also includes a cancellation during an active cleaning session. This would be plus taxes and credit card processing fees.

Lastly, if a booking was made via a deposit of any amount deposit and “the client” was to cancel or reschedule the cleaning session before a 48-hour notice, the deposit would then be forfeited.
